Comp.tf Newbie-Only 6v6 Cup NA

comp.tf's newbie cup: an introduction to competitive 6v6 for players new to the format, run by Kaneco alongside a separate European cup on the same day. Entry was restricted - no ESEA experience, at most one season of UGC Steel or the lowest division of another league, and no all-Platinum Highlander line-ups - and every application was reviewed by hand.

Twenty-five teams played a single-elimination bracket on the ESEA Season 14 ruleset and the ESA configs, on servers sponsored by Mawrr: one fixed map per round (Process, Snakewater, Granary, Gullywash) and a best-of-three final opening on Badlands, the loser picking after that. Prizes: a three-month server and six keys for the winners, six keys for the runners-up.

Heavenly Touch won it, beating Kernal Panic 5-0 in the semi-final and I am very adopted 2-1 in the final.
