About Autumn BBall Smash
We thought it was time for an impromptu cup, and due to the lack of Basketball within the ANZ region, we would like to present to you the CappingTV Autumn BBall Smash! This tournament will be on Sunday the 19th of May. We will be using servers from Qixalite for all matches. As this is a last minute cup we won't be funding a prize pool or medals, sorry medal hunters...
This tournament is only for players in Australia, New Zealand and some areas of SEA.
Match.TF works a lot like ozfortress' Citadel, To create a team click "Start Team" on the Teams page and then signup on this page.
When the first round starts, all matches will be automatically generated, with connect strings in the match notice. Do not book your own servers. Maps, configs and whitelists will already be executed on connection to the server meaning all you have to do is ready up. Please start your game as soon as players are in the server, we will be on a tight schedule and don't wish to hold the tournament up.
The map we will be playing for this cup is ctf_ballin_sky, you can download it here: http://fakkelbrigade.eu/maps/ctf_ballin_sky.bsp
At the end of a match, submit your scores immediately after your match, failure to do so will delay the tournament and will lead to a forfeit. Discord support will be offered via ANZ TF2 PUGs discord, please make sure you have the right role to see the channels.
SCHEDULE
The first matches will be kicking off at 7:00 pm AEST, with Grand Finals expecting to start at 9:00 pm approximately.
We will be providing coverage of the Semi/Grand Finals on CappingTV, make sure you're following our Twitch channel to not miss out!
