REAL Ultiduo Tournament 2014

REALTourney's first event: a 64-slot double-elimination Ultiduo tournament for the North American scene, run by KevinIsPwn and sponsored by trade.tf. Pairs signed up on TeamFortress.TV (free for anyone who had played ESEA or CEVO, one key otherwise) and played each round on their own schedule from 22 November - one map per match, first to two rounds, mostly koth_ultiduo_r_b7 and ultiduo_baloo. The last eight pairs met at a finals event streamed on TeamFortress.TV on 20 December, cast by Muselk, Getawhale and gecks. The grand final moved to Monday 22 December, where Watermelon Spacejam (ninjanick and grape) came through the lower bracket and beat corsa & nursey twice, bracket reset included. Prize pool: $340 and 152 keys, about $685 at the time. Matches without a log are dated to their round's deadline.
