NZF Immolation 1

NZFortress's first Immolation league, run by Malks and Squiddy in late 2007. Twelve teams in four pools of three played a single round robin (two maps per match); the top two in each pool went into the championship quarter-finals and the third-placed teams into a plate bracket. The teams were 214, bA, Halo, ESM, tsw, IPT, PnP, VILE, Symbolic, EMPIRE, [eS] and Hex. Play began on 11 November; VILE beat PnP in the grand final on 16 December, but the final score was not posted. The 3rd/4th match (Hex vs ESM) and the 9th/10th match ([eS] vs Halo) were played, but their winners were never recorded, so both are omitted. The plate semi-final and 5th-8th playoff winners are inferred from the final placements (Halo and [eS] won the plate semis; 214 and bA won the 5th-8th playoffs); their scores were not posted. 214 beat bA 2-0 for 5th, EMPIRE beat IPT 2-0 for 7th, and TSW (11th) and Symbolic (12th) were the remaining placed teams.
