NZF Immolation 2

NZFortress's second Immolation league (June-August 2008): twelve teams in three pools of four, seven weeks of pool play. The top two in each pool carried their results into a six-team Premiership table and the bottom two into a Championship table; the top four of each then played semi-finals and a final. TSW won the Premiership final 2-0 over ETP and DAeX won the Championship final 2-0 over IPT on 10 August. All 48 series scores survive, but per-map scores were not posted, so only the series results are recorded. ETP beat ESM 2-1 in the Premiership semi after a tiebreak (ETP won Goldrush, ESM won Gravelpit by 20 seconds, ETP won the Granary decider). inc beat sg and TSW beat eS by forfeit in the pool rounds. Dates are from the match threads; a few matches were played slightly outside their scheduled week.
